Core Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt content for relevant channels and audiences.
• Monitor program performance, gather insights, and recommend and implement improvements.
• Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints.

Demand Generation (Specialization / Focus)

• Build, organize and deploy multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead acquisition and nurturing.
• Maintain campaign tracking, reporting, and lead management in CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Partner with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to ensure demand generation activities align with messaging, positioning, and campaign themes.

Lead Follow-up

• Follow up on leads from marketing lead sources.
• Ensure correct data in the CRM.
• List creation: prospecting, alignment with inside sales, etc.
• Use prospecting tools, create exports, and support sales with first contact.
• Support tradeshows – organization, communication like pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up for trade shows and events to ensure lead integration into sales processes.

Requirements

• Build trust with peers and stakeholders through responsiveness and follow-through.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Communicates clearly and supports recommendations with data.
• Continuously seeks new tools, techniques and market knowledge.
• Proficient English.
