Apprenti(e) ingénieur(e) CND/ END

Westinghouse Electric Company invites applicants for the position of Apprenti(e) Ingénieur(e) projets CND/END.

Location: Marseille, France. The role is based at our Marseille base and may require travel to nuclear sites in France or abroad, and client premises.

Responsibilities

• Discover the CND methods operated by Westinghouse (ultrasound, percussion, visual, dimensional, footprint, etc.).
• Participate in CND innovation projects.
• Conduct studies related to the development and implementation of surface CND methods (dimensional controls, percussion, visual inspections, footprint, etc.).
• Write bilingual CND control procedures (specifications, technical justification, control procedures).
• Conduct or participate in development and qualification tests of processes.

Organization

The apprentice will report hierarchically to the Inspection France Service Manager and operationally to an experienced engineer (tutor).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or completing a Bac +5 engineering degree, with a two‑ or three‑year apprenticeship for training.
• Experience or knowledge in CND/END and in physical measurement and materials science.
• Experience in the nuclear sector, especially with EDF, is a plus.
• Autonomous, rigorous, able to work in teams and on multiple topics simultaneously.
• Good command of English.
• Valid B driving licence.
