Role Description
The Apporter d'affaires at Lion Yachting is responsible for identifying and bringing new business opportunities to the company, primarily in yacht sales and related services. This full-time, on-site role in Le Grau-du-Roi involves prospecting potential clients, maintaining and expanding a network of contacts, and facilitating introductions between customers and the internal sales team. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market opportunities, following up on leads, presenting company services, and supporting negotiations to help close deals. The role also involves ensuring a high standard of customer service, updating internal systems with accurate information, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Trading and International Trade skills to identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities in local and global markets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships, manage client expectations, and represent the company professionally.
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess market trends, qualify leads, and support data-informed commercial decisions.
- Ability to work on-site in Le Grau-du-Roi, with flexibility to meet clients and partners as needed.
- Proven experience in business development, brokerage, or sales, ideally in maritime, luxury, or related sectors.
- Fluency in French; good command of English or other languages is an advantage for international clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities while meeting deadlines and targets.
- Basic understanding of contracts and commercial negotiations; familiarity with yacht or marine markets is a plus.
