Applications & User Testing Specialist

Our client is looking for an experienced Applications & User Testing Specialist to support a major enterprise environment. You'll coordinate application testing, lead UAT activities, manage defects and change requests, collaborate with business and technical teams, and help drive continuous improvements in application quality.

• Brussels,Belgium (Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite per week)

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with software testing, defect management, and UAT
• Experience with incident management, change requests, and application support
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Fluent English (experience within EU Institutions/Public Sector is a plus)
