Application Support Technician F/H

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical compliance of systems based on specifications provided by US teams or partners.
• Provide Level 2 support to users of these products across Europe.
• Participate in testing phases prior to production deployment and oversee maintenance operations.
• Monitor and control the quality of data ingested into the data warehouse based on defined metrics.
• Coordinate issue resolution with US teams (developers, architects, etc.).
• Develop expertise on these products and share knowledge with internal teams.
• Implement and ensure the operational follow‑up of Catalina’s centralized applications.

Qualifications

• Windows and Microsoft Office environments, Linux.
• Experience with bug tracking and ticketing tools such as JIRA, SOAPUI, Web services, client‑server architecture.
• SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL environments).
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• ITIL certification is a plus, as well as knowledge of networking, mobile OS, JSON/XML, and workflow development tools.
