The Opportunity
Within the Technical Department, you will join and strengthen the Application Support team. You will contribute to Level 2 support and ticket management, perform data quality checks, and participate in application testing and validation for our clients, in compliance with ITIL procedures and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical compliance of systems based on specifications provided by US teams or partners.
- Provide Level 2 support to users of these products across Europe.
- Participate in testing phases prior to production deployment and oversee maintenance operations.
- Monitor and control the quality of data ingested into our data warehouse based on defined metrics.
- Coordinate issue resolution with our US teams (developers, architects, etc.).
- Develop expertise on these products and share knowledge with internal teams.
- Implement and ensure the operational follow-up of Catalina’s centralized applications.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Windows, Microsoft Office, and Linux environments.
- Experience with bug tracking and ticketing tools such as JIRA.
- SOAPUI, web services, and client-server architecture.
- SQL knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN.
- Basic knowledge of AI concepts.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- ITIL certification is a plus; knowledge of networking, mobile OS, JSON/XML, workflow development tools is also desirable.

Total Rewards

- Contract: Permanent (CDI).
- Remote work: up to 3 days per week.
