Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring application support
- Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA commitments
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and system incidents
- Perform remote troubleshooting and technical interventions
- Implement corrective actions and temporary workarounds when needed
- Collaborate with development and technical teams on complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Coordinate on‑site interventions when remote support is insufficient
- Perform preventive maintenance and system audits at customer locations
- Contribute to improving technical documentation and knowledge bases
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application support, software maintenance, or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with C#, C++ or other object‑oriented programming environments
- Experience troubleshooting software applications in production environments
- Understanding of Windows-based application ecosystems
- Ability to analyze incidents and identify root causes
- Fluent French (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
