Application Support Engineer, WCS, Warehouse Automation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers requiring application support
  • Manage support tickets and ensure compliance with SLA commitments
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and system incidents
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and technical interventions
  • Implement corrective actions and temporary workarounds when needed
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams on complex issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
  • Coordinate on‑site interventions when remote support is insufficient
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system audits at customer locations
  • Contribute to improving technical documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in application support, software maintenance, or technical support roles
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with C#, C++ or other object‑oriented programming environments
  • Experience troubleshooting software applications in production environments
  • Understanding of Windows-based application ecosystems
  • Ability to analyze incidents and identify root causes
  • Fluent French (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
