Self‑driven technical professional who solves complex challenges, works directly with customers, and travels across Europe. Provide technical support, training, system commissioning, and expertise to customers in the EMEA region, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and application expertise to customers across the EMEA region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system performance.
• Conduct equipment audits, troubleshoot technical issues, and give recommendations to help customers optimize their manufacturing processes.
• Install, commission, and support industrial coating and dispensing systems at customer locations.
• Deliver technical training to customer operators and maintenance teams to ensure effective use and maintenance of equipment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and service improvements.
• Plan customer visits efficiently and maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and CRM records.
• Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, customer service, and technical support teams across Europe and North America.

Skills And Qualifications

• Electrical qualification or electrician certification.
• 3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent technical background).
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Travel

• This is a highly customer‑facing position requiring approximately 80 % travel across the EMEA region.
• A valid driving license is mandatory.
• Travel may include a combination of driving and air travel depending on customer location.
