Application Security Analyst (h/f)

Summary: Emagine is looking for an Application Security Analyst focused on enhancing data quality and security tool coverage within application and infrastructure inventories. The role involves a dedicated effort to identify inconsistencies, ensure comprehensive application coverage by security measures, and ultimately improve the organization’s data integrity and security posture.

Responsibilities

• Identify data inconsistencies in the application inventory and collaborate with the Head of Application Lifecycle Management.
• Integrate Web Application Firewall (WAF) with the application inventory, defining governance processes.
• Perform manual reconciliation of applications registered in the WAF, engaging Security Officers and Application Managers for assignments.
• Conduct a coverage gap analysis for Internet-facing applications lacking WAF protection.
• Identify uncovered web applications and collaborate on vulnerability scanning onboarding.
• Support the Security Officer in initiatives to enhance CMDB data quality focused on cybersecurity attributes.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of Web Application Firewalls and vulnerability scanning tools
• Proven experience with Excel and Power BI
• Experience in data quality management
