VIVEI, our entity specializing in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, and Supplementary Retirement within the VALMEN group, is seeking an Application Owner for a client. As part of a front office overhaul and customer journey redesign, we are strengthening our team with an Application Owner. Responsible for managing an application in an Agile environment, you will oversee a squad and its workload, prioritize the backlog with the Scrum Master, and collaborate with various technical and business contributors.

Role Overview

Responsibilities include project management, leading a multisite team, managing applications, and applying Agile methodologies.

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, such as Project Manager or Product Owner, within an Agile environment.
• Recognized for adaptability, rigor, organization, and flexibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with application management tools (JIRA / CONFLUENCE).
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with customer journeys in insurance or banking sectors.
