Application Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an Application Manager to ensure the support and maintenance of a critical platform at the heart of the information system. You will be responsible for investigating incidents, analyzing data and application flows, accompanying users in resolving their problems and coordinating actions with development teams.
What You Will Do
Analyze and qualify incidents and user requests, ensure the resolution of support tickets, perform technical investigations on data and application flows, guarantee the quality of service and proper functioning of the applications, contribute to the continuous improvement of support and exploitation processes.
