Job Summary
Company provides software solutions and services for improving medical image interpretation and management in clinical trials, screening programs and patient care, especially in oncology. Looking for an Application Engineer. Part of the Customer Service of the Services Department, you will be in charge of the deployment of our software applications both in the context of radiological practice / patient care and of clinical trials. Your activity will include all steps of deployment from the configuration setup to users' training, operations and post-deployment technical support. You will be under the direct responsibility of the Customer Service Manager and will interface externally with radiologists and clinicians. The job is permanent open ended and based in Sophia Antipolis.
Responsibilities
- Organization and preparation of onsite or remote deployment projects
- Training of users on the medical applications developed by the company
- Operations Management and follow up of support requests
Qualifications
- Scientific education (BAC+4/5) with solid knowledge of computers
- First experience (2-3 years)
- Software deployment in distributed environments
- Training
- Technical support to final users
- French & English oral and written communication skills
- Autonomous
- Well organized and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical and hospital environments (radiology)
- DICOM Connectivity
- PACS / SIR / SIH-Medical imaging
- Knowledge of medical or pharmaceutical domain
- Additional foreign language is a plus
Bottom Line Requirements
