Application Engineer, Analog/Mixed-Signal (M/F)
Aniah develops OneCheck , a transistor-level electrical rule checker for analog, mixed-signal and digital designs. OneCheck analyzes the full-chip netlist without stimuli or simulation and detects ESD, power-domain, floating-node, level-shifting, leakage and reliability errors. It is deployed at most Tier-1 semiconductor companies.
As an Application Engineer, you drive OneCheck adoption at customers and you develop the checks that extend its coverage. Part of the AE team, you work day to day with customers and R&D: the role requires both technical depth and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Check development: code electrical rules from customers or the literature as checks on OneCheck's analysis engine - specification, implementation, validation on test circuits, integration. You write the code and owns the quality, with AI as part of the workflow.
- Quality of results: ensure every real error is reported with minimal noise, and that setup and results are natural to a designer.
- Pre- and post-sales support: lead demonstrations, benchmarks and evaluations on customer designs; drive deployment into production; resolve technical issues, onsite when required.
- Product feedback: deliver structured feedback from the field to R&D and influence the roadmap.
- AI workflows: author agent workflows on OneCheck's MCP interface, starting with automated review of ERC results, and define what the engine exposes next. Foster AI usage in analog design with our customers.
Requirements
- MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Typically 3–5 years of analog or mixed-signal IC design on production circuits; ability outweighs seniority.
- Solid command of ESD, power domains, level shifters, interfaces and reliability .
- Hands-on Virtuoso-type flow and SPICE simulation experience.
- Fluent English, working French; able to engage senior designers, CAD teams and R&D.
Preferred
- Experience with Calibre PERC, DRC/LVS or parasitic extraction.
- Exposure to customer support or EDA environments.
