What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with engineering consultants, contractors, operators, and system integrators across Europe
• Shaping early-stage project requirements so the company’s solutions are specified from the outset
• Delivering high-quality technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions
• Translating complex requirements into practical, cost-effective system designs
• Partnering closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline and improve win rates
• Providing insight into regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• 2–5 years in a Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Applications Engineer role
• Background in data centres, critical infrastructure, HVAC/cooling systems, or industrial process cooling
• Strong technical and commercial capability — you connect technical decisions to commercial outcomes
• High ownership mindset, comfortable operating independently across a cross-cultural environment
• Additional European language skills are a plus
• Valid passport, driver’s licence, and willingness to travel 30–50% regionally
