About The Role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution‑oriented approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Looking after a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, ranging in size from SMB to enterprise, in the UK and Europe
- Conducting analytical assessments and customer discovery to uncover opportunities, increasing the adoption of existing products
- Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Nurturing and retaining your assigned accounts
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email
- 4+ years of sales/commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- A proven track record in account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills
- An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would miss
- Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships
- A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go‑to resource for your team
- Experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Fluency in another language
- Experience with API, embedded finance, and/or card issuing
