APAC BDR Leader | Scale Outbound Growth

Aircall is seeking a strategic leader to run the APAC outbound BDR team from Australia, shaping regional growth and talent development. You’ll own strategy, campaigns, and coaching for a 4-person team focused on ANZ markets, reporting to regional leadership.

This role combines hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration. You’ll design scalable processes, drive performance, and partner with product and marketing to accelerate regional success.
