Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Génie Industriel (H/F) dynamique et innovant pour rejoindre nos équipes chez AMPERE ELECTRICITY. Vous serez en charge d'optimiser nos processus industriels et de contribuer à la conception de solutions innovantes, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de terrain. **Vos missions :**

• Participer à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de plans d'amélioration des processus industriels.
• Analyser les flux de production et identifier les goulots d'étranglement pour optimiser l'efficacité.
• Proposer des solutions innovantes pour résoudre des problématiques techniques et organisationnelles.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de terrain pour comprendre leurs besoins et assurer l'implémentation des solutions.
• Contribuer à la gestion de projets industriels, du concept à la réalisation.
• Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des pistes d'amélioration continue.
• Travailler en équipe pour favoriser la cohésion et le partage des connaissances.
• Diplôme Bac+5 (Master ou Ingénieur) en Génie Industriel, Production, ou équivalent.
• Excellentes connaissances en informatique et maîtrise des outils d'analyse et de modélisation.
• Capacité démontrée à concevoir des plans et à les mettre en œuvre de manière efficace.
• Fort esprit d'innovation et capacité à être imaginatif pour trouver des solutions créatives.
• Excellent sens du travail d'équipe et capacité à fédérer autour d'un objectif commun (cohésion d'équipe).
• Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles pour interagir avec les équipes de terrain.
• Une première expérience dans un environnement industriel serait un plus.
