Community Manager – Data Factory (Alternance)
Renault Group pours its commitment to young talent by offering apprenticeships and internships. In the new era where AI drives the business, the Architecture and Data team seeks a Community Manager to bridge the data factory technical team and the business users.
Missions
- Animate the internal data community through newsletters, webinars, forums, data cafés.
- Disseminate good practices for the data platform and its associated tools (catalog, semantic layers).
- Foster collaboration among data actors, business, IT and offshore.
- Collect user feedback and pain points to feed continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Highlight data success stories to engage stakeholders.
- Facilitate user skill development via documentation, onboarding paths, demos, usage kits.
- Track adoption indicators (audience, participation, feedback) to evaluate actions.
Qualifications & Compétences
- Bac+3 à Bac+5, alternance; preferred data or digital communication background.
- Strong community animation skills (newsletters, events, …).
- Excellent communicator, able to vulgarise complex concepts.
- Technical appetite for data-related topics.
- Proactive, with a strong willingness to propose ideas.
- Professional mastery of English (written and spoken).
