• Mettre en œuvre le nouveau projet d’assemblage moteur électrique à Cléon
• Accompagner les Organisateurs d’Exploitation dans les standards industriels
• Animer les sujets bloquants au démarrage ou à la montée en cadence

Activité de la mission (description du poste)

• Piloter et animer des groupes de travail pour atteindre les performances attendues
• Piloter l’amélioration des postes de travail: ergonomie, Temps de cycle, sécurité, qualité
• Rédiger les standards industriels
