Au sein du service ressources humaines, vous serez rattaché(e) à la RRH de 3 départements de fabrication**Vos missions**

• Gestion de l'absentéisme
• Administration du personnel
• Mise en place et suivi d'indicateur RH
• Porte-parole et soutien aux managers
• Participation aux réunions de production quotidiennes
• Gestion de la mobilité interne et du reclassement
• Procédure disciplinaire
• Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et à l’aise dans un environnement industriel.
• Vous savez gérer plusieurs sujets RH en parallèle avec fiabilité et confidentialité.
• Vous avez une bonne capacité d’écoute et savez accompagner les managers au quotidien.
• Vous appréciez le travail de terrain et la collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles.
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils RH et le suivi d’indicateurs.
