What You Will Do
- Invoice and payment processing.
- Identify and record Rooms, Golf and F&B deposits received by the bank in Opera reservations.
- Accounts Payable tracking.
- Maintain relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Month‑end closing and support for financial reporting.
- Participate in Finance projections such as Budget and Forecast.
- Development of different projects aimed at improving performance and procedures.
- Assist operational Teams and help developing interns.
The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific relationship management.
What We Are Looking For
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French. English as second language would be appreciated.
