AP Accountant - CDI

Responsibilities

• Invoice and payment processing.
• Identify and record Rooms, Golf and F&B deposits received by the bank in Opera reservations.
• Accounts Payable tracking.
• Maintain relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Month‑end closing and support for financial reporting.
• Participate in Finance projections such as Budget and Forecast.
• Development of different projects aimed at improving performance and procedures.
• Assist operational Teams and help developing interns.
• Note: the list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive; the role requires constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific relationship management.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in France at the time of application.
• Fluency in French.
• English as a second language is appreciated.
