Job description

• Supervises, organizes, and performs, when necessary, antigen manufacturing activities in order to meet production schedule objectives.
• Ensures the monitoring and completion of staff training and qualifications.
• Supervises, organizes, and performs, when necessary, IPC activities (In-Process Controls).
• Ensures GMP quality compliance within the scope of responsibility.
• Ensures documentation is kept up to date.
• Anticipates needs (equipment, materials, staffing, projects, CAPEX).
• Supervises and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervises and leads cross-functional projects as needed.
• Participates in internal and external audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Education / Training: Engineer-level degree or equivalent with a specialization in microbial culture.
• Technical Skills / Expertise:
  • Aseptic production
  • Strong knowledge of bacteriology
  • Production processes
  • Team management: 15–20 people
  • Oral and written communication
  • Computer skills
  • Basic calculations
  • Continuous improvement
  • Applications and equipment (ERP, monitoring systems)
