Your Missions
Job Description
- Supervises, organizes, and performs, when necessary, antigen manufacturing activities in order to meet production schedule objectives.
- Ensures the monitoring and completion of staff training and qualifications.
- Supervises, organizes, and performs, when necessary, IPC activities (In-Process Controls).
- Ensures GMP quality compliance within the scope of responsibility.
- Ensures documentation is kept up to date.
- Anticipates needs (equipment, materials, staffing, projects, CAPEX).
- Supervises and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervises and leads cross-functional projects as needed.
- Participates in internal and external audits and inspections.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Education / Training: Engineer-level degree or equivalent with a specialization in microbial culture.
- Technical Skills / Expertise:
- Aseptic production
- Strong knowledge of bacteriology
- Production processes
- Team management: 15–20 people
- Oral and written communication
- Computer skills
- Basic calculations
- Continuous improvement
- Applications and equipment (ERP, monitoring systems)
- Behavioral Skills / Soft Skills: you are organized, rigorous, reliable, and adaptable. You are committed to your work and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and engagement.
