Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer

• Draft and update compliance policies and implementation procedures
• Conduct third-party due diligence on clients, suppliers, and other partners
• Conduct assessment interviews, provide pragmatic recommendations, prepare reports, ensure that corrective action plans are defined and implemented, and validate the closure of certain matters
• Participate in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks, and in improving the risk map
• Maintain close liaison with other internal functions to address compliance risks and support an integrated approach to compliance
• Oversee the rollout of the awareness program and deliver training
• Implement the annual action plan, particularly in connection with the Sapin II Law
• Participate in the development of IT tools and information systems
• Participate in the conflict-of-interest campaign
• Contribute to the global regulatory monitoring program
• Participate in coordinating the Compliance team and work with the Ethics & Compliance Representatives network
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of digital collaboration tools and the use of AI
• Participate in coordinating the Three Lines of Defense model

Requirements

• University degree in law or compliance
• At least four years of experience in compliance within a multinational company, law firm, or major consulting firm
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong collaborative and coordination mindset
• Pragmatic and solutions-oriented
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in line with management requests
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English
