Angular/Ionic Front-end Developer — CDI

Maslo is the leading SaaS platform and precursor to sales gamification applications. Déjà +100K users , +50K challenges generated , with customers major groups suchlike SMES/VSES . In a context of strong growth in 2025—2026 , we are strengthening the product team and recruiting a Angular/Ionic Front-end Developer to develop our web & mobile applications, with a real requirement of quality , of performance And of maintainability .

You will join a team already in place , composed of experienced developers And of regular freelancers , all passionate about the Maslo platform . Atmosphere: serious at work, simple between us — with fun, humor, and gamification in our DNA.

Your role/success criteria

• Deliver useful features Fast and well (stable quality, few regressions)
• Improve the performance And the trustworthiness From the app
• Gradually reduce the Technical debt
• Collaborate well with the team Tech , but also trade and CSM

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient web applications in Angular (>=14)
• Contribute to the choices ofarchitecture and the design of new functionalities
• Develop and maintain the mobile part via Ionic/Capacitor
• Optimize performance, diagnose and resolve issues quickly
• Maintain existing components and reduce technical debt
• Ensuring quality via tests (units/integration/functional) + code reviews
• Participate in the deployments and the provision of builds (delivery, CI/CD)

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Angular (>=14)
• Kotlin/Swift (more)
• CI/CD (ideally GitHub Actions )
• Tools: GitHub , JetBrains , Jira , Notion (or equivalents)
