Android Software Program Manager (h/f)

Summary

As a Program Manager in the Technology Program team, you will coordinate complex projects impacting multiple Business Units related to the Android POS offer and associated software. Your role focuses on enhancing organizational efficiency and effectively managing risks and resources while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination for Android POS projects
• Manage cross-country projects and communicate with various stakeholders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Work Package Leaders
• Oversee project delivery and conflict resolution among teams
• Create and present program reporting to management
• Develop and review program KPIs related to schedule, quality, budget, and risks
• Foster a customer-oriented mindset within the team

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in large project management
• Proficiency in the Android environment and ecosystem (e.g., Android emulator, Cuttlefish, AOSP)
• Proven experience in project planning and execution
• Strong English and French language skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the electronic payment industry is a plus
• Experience with offshore R&D coordination
