Role Overview

Lead and coordinate complex, cross-country projects impacting multiple Business Units, focusing on Android POS offerings and associated software components. Drive efficiency, manage risks, and align with strategic programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, lead, and coordinate cross-functional project teams
• Develop and maintain program reporting (weekly, stage gate reports, etc.)
• Define and track program KPIs (schedule, quality, budget, risks)
• Solve project issues and manage stakeholder conflicts
• Balance trade-offs between quality, cost, resources, scope, timing, and risks
• Communicate and negotiate with internal/external clients on requirements, scope, planning, cost, and risks
• Manage relationships with third parties and clients

Success Criteria

• Proactively manage risks and propose alternatives
• Deliver clear, concise, and synthetic reporting
• Build and maintain relevant KPIs for evolution requests
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and prepare supporting materials
• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and positive team mindset

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in large project/program management (budget > €1M or >2,000 man-days)
• Strong proficiency in Android environment and ecosystem (Android emulator, Cuttlefish, AOSP, multiple Android versions)
• Proven experience in project plan conception and execution
• Business-oriented with ability to deliver business value throughout project lifecycle
• Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the electronic payment industry
• Experience coordinating with offshore R&D teams
