Following an internal mobility within the company, we are seeking a Process Engineer Analytics (m/f) for our laboratory. Join the laboratory team to play a central role in the analytical excellence of our Electronics business, a rapidly expanding sector. Your key responsibilities will allow you to be at the forefront of innovation and expertise:* **Drive Analytical Innovation:*

• Lead strategic analytical developments and the qualification of new molecules, thereby ensuring the reliability of our products.* **Cutting-Edge Expertise:*
• Lead developments in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography, specifically for organosilicate and organometallic molecules.* **Knowledge Sharing:*
• Train our teams on the most advanced analytical techniques and provide specialized expertise in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography.* **Quality Assurance:*
• Manage the qualification of new molecule suppliers and define qualification protocols in close collaboration with the Quality department.* **International Interface:*
• Act as the analytical and technical point of contact with Air Liquide's international laboratories (notably Fremont and Dallas) for crucial correlation studies.* **Leadership and Continuous Improvement:*
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement, demonstrating a strong proposal-making capacity, particularly regarding safety, and ensuring effective cross-functional management.

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry.* **Required Experience:*
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with essential proficiency in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography techniques.* **Work Environment:*
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom.* **Personal Qualities:*
