Description de la mission

The MDM Specialist ensures the efficiency and compliance of the Finance Master Data ReferentialKey responsibilities:

• Update the defined MDMs (data referentials), under the responsabilité of her/his manager.
• Collect relevant data to ensure a complete alignment with the Group Data Stategy
• Desing new referential depending of needs defined by his/her hierarchy
• Work transversally with all functions within GEODIS to ensure the robustness and consistency of all MDM processes and governance
• Work closely with FIT Programm to implement the MDMs with a strong level of data quality
• Develop data product in collaboration with D&T team to facilitate the use ot the data

Profil du candidat

• Master's degree (BAC+5) with IT speciality
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data expertise combines with business analysis and data governace
• Strong knowledge of master data domains, data modeling, data quality,, governance processes
• Data Product Development: ability to identify business needs and business rules
• Business Knowledge: ability to translate business requirements into data solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams
• Communication: ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
• Customer-oriented approach
• Fluent in English
