Position Overview
The candidate will work as part of the Legal team based in Paris, which is composed of two persons including one Vice President and one Analyst. The candidate will have its own assignments and will report to the Legal’s team leader. The working environment is international and the candidate will collaborate with other teams members such as Investment professionals and Investor relations or Business Development professionals based in Geneva, New York or Singapore.
Experience/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills. We are looking forward to integrating a new member into a dynamic and cohesive team. The candidate will be graduating from a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in law (contract law or business law) and with 1 to 3 years working experience from a law firm or asset management company. Private equity or Private assets experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the candidate will include:
- Review and monitor agreements (ie. service provider agreements, NDAs, pledge arrangements,)
- Tracking legal invoices (primarily those from legal counsel)
- Organize Board meetings, including logistics and prepare minutes
- Manage the transfer process of interests (ie. transfer agreements, SPA)
- Support the Investment Team during the subscription process (ie. KYC documentation, preparation and maintenance of contact lists, and completion of the subscription forms)
- Support IRBD team during closings (ie. preparing and coordinating the signing process)
- Manage and maintain KYC folders of Flexstone’s entities and clients.
- Handle and monitor KYC requests received from general partners
- Monitor reportings with the support of Compliance and Operations teams (ie. FATCA/CRS reporting, Pilier 2, Federal Reserve reporting)
- Coordination and collaboration with the US Legal Team
