Internship: Hotels Investment Sales at JLL – Paris

We are currently seeking an intern for our France Hotels and Hospitality Capital Markets business line. This is a full-time position based in Paris, France.

What you’ll do:

• Participate in all aspects of the hotel transaction process across France and the EMEA region working alongside our experienced team
• Gain hands‑on experience in financial modelling and market analysis techniques
• Develop your skills in creating high‑quality presentation materials for client pitches, investor memoranda, and other transaction‑related marketing documents
• Observe and contribute to client meetings, enhancing your professional communication abilities
• Expand your knowledge of the real estate sector and diverse markets by collaborating with the Capital Markets team and counterparts across EMEA

What we're looking for:

• Master's student in business, finance, real estate, or hospitality management
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and research skills
• Keen interest in the hospitality sector; prior experience is a plus
• Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and ability to adapt quickly in our fast‑evolving industry
• Attention to detail
• Proactive mindset and team spirit
• Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
