As part of a retirement replacement, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team of 8 in Purchasing and Supply Chain. Our team manages a panel of more than 200 suppliers in France and internationally . Reporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will contribute to driving procurement performance by providing analytical and operational support to buyers.

Your mission

Supplier Data & Documentation Management

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of supplier data and item references (PN) in the ERP system (M3)
• Create and update supplier and item master data in the ERP
• Ensure supplier documentation is up-to-date and compliant

Reporting & Analysis

• Track and analyze cost savings and supplier performance
• Prepare monthly reports on purchasing stock variations

Operational Support to Teams

• Prepare materials for supplier review meetings
• Support planners (monitoring supplier order acknowledgements)

You will work closely with Finance, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Your profile

• Minimum 2-year degree (Associate/Bachelor level) with 2–3 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
• Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain flows
• Comfortable using reporting tools and systems (advanced Excel, ERP)
• Experience with an ERP system is required (M3 is a plus)
• Fluency in French and a technical level of English (B1 minimum)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to structure and present information clearly
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Responsive and proactive
