Analyst

• Able to manage large volumes of data/documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel; mastery of VLOOKUP is a minimum requirement)
• Teamwork and collaboration

Scope of responsibilities:

• Medical device notification in the local HA database
• Data cleansing and reconciliation across systems (MDRIM, RAD, local databases)
• Preliminary review of dossiers or documentation prior to submission to the local HA database
• Maintenance of the document repository (structure, version control)
• Third party (distributors) communications: local agreements with distributors
