AMOA Project Manager, Banking, Finance, Insurance

Responsibilities

• Ensure project monitoring
• Conduct upstream studies (benchmarking and scoping)
• Gather and document requirements using the requirements specification (cahier des charges)
• Perform functional design (functional specifications - SFG) and assist in validating detailed functional specifications (SFD)
• Execute functional and business testing (user acceptance testing)
• Deploy solutions and support change management (training, communication and user support)
• Provide support for project governance and reporting

Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience as an AMOA/functional project manager
• Experience in Banking or Insurance
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in project monitoring, requirements gathering, and functional design within the Banking or Insurance sectors. Proficient in Agile methodologies and user acceptance testing, with strong capabilities in change management and project governance.
