Position Overview

AMOA - Moeg Ferroviaire - 34 H/F

Location: Montpellier

Responsibilities

• Production of technical notes, procedures and dossiers, including analysis of studies from third‑party MOAs
• Site visits to understand railway constraints
• Production of technical opinions containing safety recommendations and project planning
• Establishment of intervention and safety procedures for works on railway domain, coordinating with third parties and internal services
• Coordination of internal services for delivery of technical opinions when necessary
• Management of works and studies contracts
• Reservation and management of personnel required for site realization and capability to reserve on railway circulations
• Planning mobilisation of resources
• Follow‑up on relational contact with third‑party MOAs, supporting safety recommendations and internal resource planning
• Management meetings and onsite communication during project phases
• Review and verification of technical opinions from other agents of the cell
• Monitoring planning and contractualisation of third‑party affairs, ensuring compliance with general norms and rules

Qualifications

• Bac +5 level with a minimum of 5 years experience as a civil engineering project manager in railway infrastructure (excavation, bridges, underpass crossings, etc.)
• Knowledge of safety norms and regulations relating to the railway domain
• Team spirit, curiosity, adaptability to organizational environment and changing situations
• Critical thinking and rigorous work approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
