AML Analyst - FinTech Transaction Monitoring

Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is seeking an AML/Transaction Monitoring Analyst to proactively monitor client activity and mitigate fraud, AML, and regulatory risks. You will work with the AML team, Risk and Operations to analyze accounts and respond to requests with precision.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, perform investigations, and contribute to improving our risk scoring rules while maintaining compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment.
