Position Title: Amazon EU Category Manager

Location: Lyon, FRANCE / Maidenhead, ENGLAND / Barcelona, SPAIN / Vimercate, ITALY

Job Overview

• Shape Amazon category and product strategy
• Define assortment, pricing, and growth plans
• Lead new product launches and support commercialization
• Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to unlock growth
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve performance
• Build insights, dashboards, and recommendations using data tools such as Stackline
• Help ensure our products and launches are built for eCommerce success

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy for Amazon EU, defining product assortment, pricing, forecasts, and launch plans to drive growth and strengthen brand performance
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and regional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver winning product strategies for eCommerce
• Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to unlock growth

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
• Experience in Marketing and/or Analytics and/or Category/Product Management
• Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g., Excel) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in collaborative and cross‑functional work within a global organization
• Fluent in business English
