Job Overview

Join the EMEA‑ANZ eCommerce team and help shape our Amazon growth strategy across the region. In this role, you will lead category strategy for Amazon EU, defining product assortment, pricing, forecasts, and launch plans to drive growth and strengthen brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Define Amazon category and product strategy, including assortment, pricing, and growth plans.
• Lead new product launches and support commercialization efforts.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and regional teams to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to unlock growth.
• Build insights, dashboards, and recommendations using data tools such as Stackline.
• Ensure products and launches are built for eCommerce success.

Qualifications

• Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business or related field.
• Have experience in marketing, analytics, or category/product management.
• Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g., Excel) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excel in collaborative and cross‑functional work within a global organization.
• Fluent in business English.
