Responsibilities

• Structure, steer and mobilize the global alumni network into a sustainable, measurable engagement ecosystem that generates value.
• Map existing alumni communities by program, cohort, geography and sector.
• Define a clear governance framework that respects the distinct identities of each entity while promoting cross-cutting synergies.
• Design a unified digital platform that provides dedicated spaces for each community within a shared core.
• Implement scalable engagement journeys tailored to alumni professional life cycles.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing alumni networks or comparable environments
• Strong understanding of business school economic models
• Fluent English
