Alternating Production Engineer M/F

Role and Responsibilities

Join our teams and contribute to industrial performance! As part of the expansion of our operational teams, we are looking for a Production Engineer to report to the Department Manager. As a key player in the field, you will actively participate in improving industrial performance and leading teams in a demanding and stimulating environment.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing approaches.
• Participate in methods and maintenance projects.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor industrial performance indicators (production rate, efficiency, range yield, scrap tracking, costs, etc.).
• Contribute to the safety and quality culture.
• Support production supervisors in their daily activities (field coordination, liaison with support services and UAP managers).
• Assist the Department Manager in his technical and organizational projects.

Profile

Student in a general engineering, production, mechanical engineering, or industrial organization school.

Technical skills

• Good understanding of industrial environments and production processes.
• Ability to analyze performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Lean tools and approaches (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) appreciated.

Interpersonal skills

• Strong interest in field work and technical issues.
• Interest in operational management and continuous improvement.
• Analytical mind, curiosity, and autonomy.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
