Alternating Production Engineer M/F
Role and Responsibilities
Join our teams and contribute to industrial performance! As part of the expansion of our operational teams, we are looking for a Production Engineer to report to the Department Manager. As a key player in the field, you will actively participate in improving industrial performance and leading teams in a demanding and stimulating environment.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing approaches.
- Participate in methods and maintenance projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor industrial performance indicators (production rate, efficiency, range yield, scrap tracking, costs, etc.).
- Contribute to the safety and quality culture.
- Support production supervisors in their daily activities (field coordination, liaison with support services and UAP managers).
- Assist the Department Manager in his technical and organizational projects.
Profile
Student in a general engineering, production, mechanical engineering, or industrial organization school.
Technical skills
- Good understanding of industrial environments and production processes.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and suggest areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent).
- Knowledge of Lean tools and approaches (5S, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) appreciated.
Interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in field work and technical issues.
- Interest in operational management and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mind, curiosity, and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with production teams.
