Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents on the Support & Maintenance perimeter:
  • Treat tickets opened by client technical teams.
  • Diagnose and resolve failures (bugs, hardware, configuration changes, licenses).
  • Open and follow incidents with partner manufacturers.
  • Intervene regularly at client sites.
  • Collaborate closely with Level 2 network and security engineers when needed.
  • Coordinate with NTT service centers in Europe and worldwide.
• Operate client infrastructures in Managed Services:
  • Manage events of supervision (monitoring, analysis, qualification, resolution, dispatching).
  • Help end-users with Level 1 incident resolution.
  • Ensure operational condition (MCO) of solutions.
  • Implement Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes.
  • Participate in equipment configuration.

Qualifications

• Degree Bac +2/3 or equivalent.
• First experience in operations or IT support.
• Looking for at least a one‑year alternation, ideally 2‑3 consecutive weeks each.
• Motivated to work in a team within complex technical environments.
• English language practice required for direct relations with support centers worldwide and international partners.
