WHAT WE OFFER

Through this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover how concretely an HR department in a company is working and to put your technical skills into practice through international and challenging projects. As an apprentice, your main tasks will be the following:

• Participation in recruitment processes
• Schools relations and partnerships
• Administrative follow-up and logistic support for trainings
• HR communication (creation of information supports, preparation of communications, …)
• Creation and update of HR policies and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Are preparing a Master's degree in business school or HR,
• Have a good level in English (oral and written),
• Have good writing and speaking skills,Are comfortable with different types of communication tools,
• Are proactive and motivated to develop your skills,
• Are able to follow this apprenticeship physically in Marly (North of France, close to Valenciennes)
