WHAT WE OFFER
Through this apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to discover how concretely an HR department in a company is working and to put your technical skills into practice through international and challenging projects. As an apprentice, your main tasks will be the following:
- Participation in recruitment processes
- Schools relations and partnerships
- Administrative follow-up and logistic support for trainings
- HR communication (creation of information supports, preparation of communications, …)
- Creation and update of HR policies and processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Are preparing a Master's degree in business school or HR,
- Have a good level in English (oral and written),
- Have good writing and speaking skills,Are comfortable with different types of communication tools,
- Are proactive and motivated to develop your skills,
- Are able to follow this apprenticeship physically in Marly (North of France, close to Valenciennes)
