Alternant Marketing Associate

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to grow Kyndryl’s reputation, deepen existing client relationships, and support sales and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Grow our reputation by evolving our brand promise and establishing Kyndryl as a trusted innovator
• Deepen existing relationships within existing accounts (ABM)
• Support sales teams in penetrating new logos (Volume Marketing)
• Build relationships with new buyers within existing accounts (Pursuit Marketing)
• Support Kyndryl’s growth strategy and drive quantitative sign‑up results
• Foster positive engagement, build our culture and position Kyndryl as an employer of choice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized business school
• Strong marketing background and understanding of key marketing concepts and business acumen
• Curious, willingness to learn, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, proactive, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory)
