Job Overview

The position reports to the Global Program Manager Industry 4.0 for SGSS. It focuses on working with factories to understand their needs and provide IT/4.0 solutions such as MES, SCADA, and connected devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining the strategy for MES/Scada IGNITION application development
• Support factories in deploying CMMS solutions (SAP PM, MobilityWork)
• Help the Program Manager run the program through meeting facilitation, community management, and webinar organization
• Consolidate the knowledge base for users and developers (procedures, best practices, tutorials)
• Maintain internal and external technology watch
• Co‑facilitate user requirement definition meetings
• Ensure project follow‑up for Ignition development with internal and external partners
• Track ongoing deployment projects on sites
• Create procedures for end users (deployment toolkit)
• Lead the user community

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Production or IT
• English mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese a plus
• Experience with project management, agile methodology, and UX/UI
• Methodical, dynamic, curious, and resilient work style

Additional Context

The role works directly with the Program Manager, is part of IDS, and collaborates with the internal development team based in Brazil and project managers across regions.
