Contexte : Pilotage de l'activité opérationnelle. Participation aux projets SI d'infrastructures et de Sécurité, sur nos sites de Bidos et Colomiers.
En collaboration avec des équipes DSI, transverses - FR et internationales.
Pilotage de l'activité opérationnelle sites à travers :Maintien de la qualité de service,Suivi et la gestion du maintien des niveaux de services opérationnels (Incident/demande/change),Participation aux CAB,Suivi des prestations locales,Rédaction et mise à jour de procédures,Gestion du projet de renouvellement des postes de travail du parc.
Infrastructure / Workplace/Sécurité :Gestion des montées de version windows du parc,Participation aux projets d'amélioration Perfo

Job Requirements
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau master en infrastructures et cybersécurité des SI, ou équivalent.
