Valeo's site in Sablé-sur-Sarthe specializes in industrialisation of electronic products for the automotive market. We are looking for an Industrial Methods Engineer apprentice for a 36‑month term.

Process Trainee / Apprentice / VIE (Fixed Term)

Responsibilities

• Pilot the continuous improvement plan of CMS processes, including PCBA assessment.
• Follow project progress: update performance indicators and project action plan.
• Develop and organise corrective action plans with process owners.
• Report progress to internal management and monthly to the group electronic network.
• Contribute to additional industrial mission tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Project Management or related field.
• Rigorous, agile, autonomous, and methodical.
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes (soldering, pick‑and‑place, reflow, vision, testing) is a plus.

Contract Details
