Responsibilities

Phase 1 (≈ 6 months to 1 year)

• Get familiar with the team and project execution processes
• Develop and improve tools to optimize engineering time on projects:
  • Contribute to creating a database of engineering tools with an interactive interface enabling keyword search
  • Create and update test plan templates (OCC) to be used with an injection test set (current and voltage)
  • Other continuous improvement tasks

Phase 2

• Work alongside a system engineer on factory integration and validation tasks for a project (participate in the full integration and validation of a substation to understand the various components of a control and protection system)
• Assist in setting up project platforms (PCs, protection devices, controllers)
• Participate in the validation of digital protection systems for one or more projects
• Participate in the validation of the digital control system (CCN) for one or more projects
• Assist in configuring digital protection systems for one or more projects
• Assist in configuring the CCN system for one or more projects
• Participate in commissioning the CCN system on the customer site

• Electrical engineering (power systems)

Languages

• Same technical competencies required: electrical engineering (power systems), industrial computing, automation

Software

• Windows, MS Office
• Programming (Python / VB / VBA, batch, PowerShell, XML)

• Autonomy
• Rigor and methodical approach to work
• Ability to write reports

Education

• Engineering degree (in progress), specializing in electrical engineering
• Maximum duration: 3 years
