Alternant(e) BTS Géomètre Topographe H/F

Missions

• Prepare studies: verify surveys, carry out additional surveys, develop solutions, perform calculations, produce work drawings.
• Carry out topometric measurements and produce topographical surveys of plots.
• Take readings relative to existing work interior and façade, determine perimeter and surface.
• Represent building site layout using markers, establish infrastructure and network plans.
• Perform general staking out based on general lines and fundamental points, transcribe works to topographical coordinates.
• Carry out additional staking out (ground and altimetry), use laser, longitudinal beams, coating.
• Perform support checks, lay out detailed additional staking out (altimetric positioning of structures).
• Check geometry of executed works, update infrastructure and network plans.
• Check layout conformity, close building site, establish as-built drawings (communicate with execution manager and add amendments).

Qualifications

1. 2 years higher education + 2 years experience in Civil Engineering or Public Works, Steel Construction, or 2-3 years higher education as Surveyor-Topographical Surveyor with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Engineering school in Public Works.
3. Graduation with BAC PRO Géomètre-Topographe / TP / Bac Général and pursuing complementary training (BUT or BTS) preferable.
4. Permis B souhaité; déplacements sur chantiers prévus.

Job Environment

• Reporting line: Works Director or Project Director.
• Internal relations: Engineering Office, Studies and Projects Office (BEP), Project Manager, etc.
